Dresde, is considered Europe’s most beautiful baroque city. See for yourself and feel the enchantment of the former kingdom of Saxony. The king’s palace, the Opera House, the Zwinger Place, the castle, the Frauenkirche Cathedral and many other sights are worth a visit. DAY 1

Arrival in Dresden in the evening.
Check-in at the hotel of your choice.
Joint dinner at the hotel restaurant.
Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 2

Day tour on the traces of the kings of Saxony.
Visit to the historical city center, the Zwinger Palace, the Court Church, the famous Opera House, the Frauenkirche built from 1726 to 1743, almost completely destroyed during the Second World War and recently restored, the long Meissen porcelain tiles mosaic showing a cavalcade of all Saxon sovereigns from 1123 to 1904.
Lunch at a restaurant in the old town.
In the afternoon, possibility to visit Dresden’s famous picture galleries.
Dinner at the hotel.
Overnight at the hotel

DAY 3

Excursion on a steamboat from Dresden to Pillnitz. Visit to the gardens of Pillnitz Castle as well as the English and Japanese Pavilions.
Off we go to the Bastei rock formation from where you will enjoy a magnificent view over the Elbe.
Lunch at the panorama restaurant.
In the afternoon, you will continue your excursion to Königstein Fortress where Napoleon had his quarters.
Return to Dresden.
Dinner at the hotel.
Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 4
Excursion to Meissen on the historical steam railway connecting Radebeul and Moritzburg.
Visit to Moritzburg Castle, former hunting lodge of Frederick August II of Saxony.
Lunch at a typical inn. The tour continues to Meissen, visit to the famous porcelain manufactory. Then, wine tasting at Wackerbarth Castle.
Return to the hotel.
Dinner at the hotel.
Overnight at the hotel.


DAY 5

After breakfast, return home.
