DAY 2

In the morning, visit to the town and the Provincial Arsenal built in 1642 and maintained in its original condition to this day. The building contains the world’s largest collection of arms and armors that were made by Styrian armorers to defy the Ottomans who invaded that region after the fall of Constantinople in 1453.
Lunch at a restaurant in the old town.
Ride in the glass elevator to the clock tower on the Schlossberg, the five-hundred-year-old Graz landmark.
Dinner at the hotel.

DAY 3

In the morning, trip to the Bärnbach glass center where you will discover the art of glass blowing. Visit to a Lipizzaner horse-breeding farm.
Lunch at a wine tavern followed by a tasting of regional wines.
Visit to Seggau Castle at the Slovenian border.
Dinner at the hotel.
Overnight at the hotel.


DAY 4

In the morning, visit to the Cistercian Abbey in Rein, then guided visit to the Lurgrotte in Semriach, the largest prehistoric dripstone cave of the Graz mountain region. Dripstone-decorated halls and mighty domes of rock make it Austria’s most beautiful active river cave.
Lunch at a restaurant nearby.
Visit to Herbestein Castle and to a pumpkin seed oil mill.
Dinner at the hotel.
Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 5

After breakfast buffet, return home.
